Volunteers and the law: new guide out now

Volunteering England has published a new guide to the law for volunteer managers.

The first publication of its kind dedicated to volunteering, the guide covers all of the main areas of concern, including health and safety policies, criminal record checks, payment of expenses and the role of employment contracts within the voluntary sector.
